The purpose of educational technology is to make learning more efficient. Technology is a force multiplier for educators in creating, implementing and assessing dynamic educational interventions. Misapplying technology, like misapplying force, is inefficient and often counterproductive. Knowledge of the technology, the curriculum, the learner, and sound instructional practices provides for appropriate and seamless integration of technology in the classroom.
Working with my group this evening was rewarding. I appreciate the high levels of both professionalism and trust my group member displayed. It is going to be a great week.
